Digital products

Each individual PDF e-book costs $29 USD. The three-book bundle costs $59 USD, compared with $87 for three separate purchases. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. No physical book is shipped.

Personal use

You may save and print your purchased books for personal use. Redistribution, resale and sharing copies publicly are not permitted.

Educational information

The books are general educational resources. They do not provide individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Discuss changes to medication, diet, exercise or care with an appropriately qualified professional. No specific health outcome is guaranteed.
